🎯 Requirements

15+ years in software with leadership and management.
6+ years in recent leadership roles.
Experience scaling products from 1 to 10 to 100.
Platform-minded, full-stack leadership experience.
Experience with highly scalable and available systems.
Strong SDLC/Agile expertise and business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
Up-to-date with AWS/GCP ecosystem.
