• Define long-term strategy for Edge Linux Networking.
• Lead and mentor kernel, network, and SRE engineers.
• Co-develop solutions across kernel, XDP, and user agents.
• Prioritize roadmap with cross-functional teams and unblock work.
• Collaborate with Eng and Ops to improve performance and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 10+ years domain experience in low-level software.
• 5+ years Linux kernel development and subsystems maintenance.
• Expertise in Linux network data path and deployment methodologies.
• Linux x86-64 kernel development, rebasing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with OCI containers (Docker) and Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Red Hat).
