- Manager-of-managers; overseen Eng Managers/Tech Leads.
- Deliver complex multi-team initiatives under tight constraints.
- Re-plan and re-sequence work as new info emerges; communicate tradeoffs.
- Evolve engineering processes and rituals; design/improve systems of work.
- Improve throughput, predictability, and incident posture.
- Experience running regulated, high-availability fintech systems.
- Proven ability to build diverse, inclusive teams and maintain performance through change.
