🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 10+ years of software development experience, including building and operating production systems.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS products.
- Experience building or migrating products to distributed event-based systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Knowledge of DORA metrics and using them to drive improvements.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with proven track record of product delivery.
