🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with focus on data platforms
- 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments
- Proven expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
