Director, Employment & Litigation Counsel

📋 Description

• Advise on global employment laws; partner with People on lifecycle matters.
• Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Manage a diverse caseload of employment disputes.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies with internal/external counsel.
• Monitor changes in global employment law and industry trends.
• Provide training and consultation on employment matters to the business.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school; bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in law firms or in-house; in-house preferred.
• Strong employment law knowledge, including whistleblower and class actions.
• Deep experience in litigation/arbitration/regulatory actions; manage complex disputes.
• Experience managing outside counsel.
• Strategic thinker with strong written/verbal communication and leadership.
