- 10+ years in editorial monetization or digital publishing; 5+ years leading managers.
- Proven success turning trends and data into large advertiser content programs.
- Experience using AI to accelerate strategic research and monetization workflows.
- Strong strategic thinking, timely decisions, and stakeholder influence.
- AI-enabled planning, reporting, and cross-functional documentation at scale.
- Ability to juggle multiple complex projects in traditional, agile or hybrid.
- Growth mindset: AI as a multiplier for editorial and monetization.
- Inclusive leader who values diverse voices.
