📋 Description

• Lead partnerships with independent ecosystem operators across US, Europe, APAC.
• Manage partner programs: milestones, accountability rhythms, progress reviews.
• Guide DeFi strategy with external partners; drive adoption and milestones.
• Build pipeline of developers, founders, partners; engage communities and events.
• Oversee DeFi initiatives with market structure needs: liquidity, market making, OTC.
• Create milestone frameworks and incentive logic; track output and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Seven to ten years in DeFi, crypto ecosystem growth, fintech or TradFi partnerships.
• Experience managing external partners, program operators, or independent entities.
• Track record supporting developers, founders, or technical teams.
• Strong DeFi literacy; bonus: Fintech, TradFi, RWAs, stablecoins fluency.
• Knowledge of market structure: market making, liquidity depth, OTC dynamics.
• Drive adoption; design milestone frameworks; cross functional collaboration; clear communication.
