📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing; at least 5 years in downstream/commercial marketing in molecular diagnostics/biotech/medical devices.
  • Translate dense clinical data (Sensitivity, Specificity, NPV) into physician-friendly narrative (30 seconds).
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Medical Affairs, and Product Management.
  • Data-driven decision making; measure conversion rates, CAC, and physician engagement.
  • Experience launching PCP-focused diagnostic test is a significant plus.
