🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s or higher preferred.
- 8+ years in equipment finance or related ops; 1+ year mgmt preferred.
- Leadership experience managing documentation and operations teams.
- Deep understanding of equipment lease/loan structures and collateral perfection.
- Strong knowledge of funding controls, booking, and ASC 842.
- Experience implementing core leasing or loan servicing systems.
