📋 Description

  • Develop and execute strategic vision for Equipment Finance Ops.
  • Design workflows for documentation, funding, booking, and servicing.
  • Lead LOS, servicing platforms, docs tools, CRM integrations, and automation.
  • Establish KPI dashboards to monitor SLAs, funding timelines, and accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times.
  • Documentation & closing oversight: oversee drafting, review, and coordination of docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s or higher preferred.
  • 8+ years in equipment finance or related ops; 1+ year mgmt preferred.
  • Leadership experience managing documentation and operations teams.
  • Deep understanding of equipment lease/loan structures and collateral perfection.
  • Strong knowledge of funding controls, booking, and ASC 842.
  • Experience implementing core leasing or loan servicing systems.
