📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise Digital Technology PMO and delivery across tech initiatives.
• Establish governance, standards, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall processes.
• Drive data-driven reporting and executive-level portfolio visibility.
• Oversee diverse enterprise platforms and product-enabling tech.
• Prioritize portfolios, capacity planning, and investment alignment.
• Partner with executives, product and tech leaders to translate strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of program and portfolio management experience.
• 5+ years leading or scaling a PMO organization.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive levels.
