  • 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
  • Deep familiarity with eCommerce and B2C lead generation
  • Experience forecasting and budgeting across channels
  • Proficiency in reporting strategies (MTA, MMA, incrementality)
  • Performance marketer with upper-funnel and brand marketing savvy
  • Strong communication to C-Suite and executives
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
