  • 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
  • Deep familiarity with eComm and lead gen B2C
  • Forecasting and allocating budgets across channels
  • Strong reporting and measurement: MTA, MMA, incrementality
  • 4-year degree or equivalent; Salesforce CRM experience
  • Excellent communication with C-Suite audiences
