- Develop paid media campaigns for acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth; own strategy and budgets
- Collaborate on pricing, promotions, and discounts to maximize revenue
- Develop and manage digital channel budgets, revenue and margins projections
- Weekly KPI reporting; translate data into insights (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years leading digital marketing and ecommerce (beauty preferred)
- Proven revenue growth and full funnel marketing experience
- Paid media, budgets, Shopify, GA, Meta/Google/TikTok, Excel
- Data-driven with dashboards and data-backed insights
- Desire to drive high impact results at a fast-growing startup
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-team collaboration
