- Led audit readiness, technical accounting, IPO readiness, SEC reporting.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge, SEC reporting, and audit coordination.
- Proactive in identifying client needs; builds client/auditor relationships.
- Highly organized; sets engagement direction and allocates resources.
