- Originate and develop a pipeline of large-scale green hydrogen projects to FID.
- Lead development workstreams: site, offtake, renewables, interconnection, permitting, financing.
- Build relationships with customers, landowners, utilities, and partners for origination.
- Lead cross-functional teams to milestones safely, on time, and within budget.
- Develop and evaluate pro formas, financial models, and risk management.
- Prepare investment recommendations and secure internal approvals at milestones.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years in energy/renewables project development.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects to FID/financial close.
- Experience in green hydrogen, industrial gases, or clean energy.
- Strong commercial acumen with customer relationships and origination.
- Experience negotiating offtake agreements, development agreements, JV, or complex contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder mgmt, and presentations.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
