Director, Developer Relations

📋 Description

• Define and execute DR strategy to drive adoption of CoreWeave SaaS.
• Act as a hands-on technical advocate, producing onboarding guides and demos.
• Own and improve the onboarding experience; reduce friction in docs and APIs.
• Build and engage the developer community through events and forums.
• Establish a feedback loop; measure onboarding and product adoption impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developer relations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to report on program success.
• Self-driven and proactive to improve processes and collaborate.
• Experience leading a team of developer advocates and evangelists.
• Deep domain expertise in AI/ML platforms and tooling.
