- Proven ability to set product and UX vision based on customer needs and translate strategy into execution.
- Strong executive communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in product-led B2B/B2C; SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience in complex systems and multi-product environments.
- Experience designing AI-driven product experiences; AI in design a plus.
