📋 Description

• Hire and mentor the design team, build culture and processes for AI-first products.
• Own strategy and execution as Loop moves to autonomous operational intelligence.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to make Loop the leading AI-powered post-purchase platform.
• Lead design for AI-driven surfaces where decisions are made; ensure legible, trustworthy outcomes.
• Design for explainability: translate AI decisions into plain-language rationale.
• Advocate for merchant trust and shape Loop into the most trusted autonomous ops platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product and UX Design with exposure to AI-powered surfaces.
• 5+ years leading and managing design teams through platform shifts.
• E-commerce or fintech experience valued, esp. for high-stakes transactional trust.
• Experience designing B2B products, admin dashboards, and merchant UIs.
• Experience designing for AI explainability and trust architecture.
