  • Own the learner acquisition funnel end-to-end from sessions to start.
  • Build scalable, platform-led fulfilment in a regulated env.
  • Run day-to-day funnel performance: conversions, cycle times, capacity.
  • Lead cross-functional work with Ops, Sales, Product, Data, Learning.
  • Prepare for expanded remit, including learner support in 4โ€“6 months.
  • Ensure fulfilment never blocks revenue realisation.

  • 8โ€“12+ years in senior operations/fulfilment leadership.
  • Regulated, multi-stakeholder env (apprenticeships, HE, healthcare, gov-adjacent).
  • Proven funnel/pipeline ops at scale: conversions, capacity, risk scoring.
  • Built and presented business case for operational investment (revenue protection).
  • Systems thinking: operating models and 18-month funnel design.
  • Strong people leader; managed managers; transform teams with pace.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Intercom, Guru (CRM tooling).
  • Productising regulation: reduce friction for government funding.
