- Built and presented business case for operational investment (revenue protection).
- Systems thinking: operating models and 18-month funnel design.
- Strong people leader; managed managers; transform teams with pace.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Intercom, Guru (CRM tooling).
- Productising regulation: reduce friction for government funding.
