  • Establish and manage day-to-day deal enablement ops for major accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CS to streamline Quote-to-Cash.
  • Lead domestic deal enablement, scale the function across Axon.
  • Create an outstanding support model for Domestic Sales teams.
  • Lead deal governance, approvals, and non-standard terms.
  • Enable fast quote-to-cash with policy and compliance focus.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10-15 years in Deal Desk/Commercial Ops or Revenue Ops in SaaS/hardware.
  • Strong deal structuring, pricing, and revenue recognition knowledge (ASC 606 preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and IT quote workflows; familiarity with CLM tools.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CS.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence cross-functionally.
