  • Lead the domestic deal enablement team and scale across Axon.

  • Identify automation via AI, RPA, and system integrations.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to accelerate deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10-15 years in Deal Desk, Commercial Ops, or RevOps in SaaS/hardware.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep expertise in deal structuring, pricing, and ASC 606.
  • Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and CLM experience.
  • P roven ability to optimize Quote-to-Cash and governance.
