📋 Description

  • Manage day-to-day deal enablement for major accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and CS to streamline Quote-to-Cash.
  • Shape systems, policies and processes for scalable growth.
  • Ensure deals are structured, priced and executed with speed and compliance.
  • Lead governance and continuous improvement of deal processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 10-15 years in Deal Desk, Commercial Ops, or RevOps (SaaS/hardware).
  • Strong deal structuring, pricing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606 preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, CLM tools, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional influence.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented; bias for action and continuous improvement.
