- Lead day-to-day deal enablement for major accounts with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CS.
- Ensure deals are structured, priced, and executed efficiently with compliance and profitability.
- Partner with the Senior Director to evolve deal governance and playbooks.
- Support the Quote-to-Cash process and cross-functional deal approvals.
- Drive process improvements using AI, RPA, and system integrations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer and internal sales experience.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10-15 years in Deal Desk, Commercial Ops, or Revenue Ops (SaaS/hardware).
- Strong deal structuring, pricing, and revenue recognition knowledge; ASC 606 exposure.
- Hands-on with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, CLM or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Proven track record of reducing quote-to-cash cycle and governance improvements.
