  • Lead day-to-day deal enablement for major accounts with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CS.
  • Ensure deals are structured, priced, and executed efficiently with compliance and profitability.
  • Partner with the Senior Director to evolve deal governance and playbooks.
  • Support the Quote-to-Cash process and cross-functional deal approvals.
  • Drive process improvements using AI, RPA, and system integrations.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer and internal sales experience.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10-15 years in Deal Desk, Commercial Ops, or Revenue Ops (SaaS/hardware).
  • Strong deal structuring, pricing, and revenue recognition knowledge; ASC 606 exposure.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, CLM or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Proven track record of reducing quote-to-cash cycle and governance improvements.
