  • Lead and scale global Deal Desk, leveraging automation to speed deals and accuracy.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing Deal Desk team with accountability and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 12+ years in Deal Desk/Sales Ops/Finance with usage-based models.
  • 6+ years of people leadership; scale high-performing teams in deal structuring.
  • Proven success leading/scaling Deal Desk and process optimization.
  • Strong GAAP revenue recognition, SOX compliance, risk awareness.
  • CRM/CPQ tools and billing systems experience; translate needs to solutions.
