- 6+ years of people leadership; scale high-performing teams in deal structuring.
- Proven success leading/scaling Deal Desk and process optimization.
- Strong GAAP revenue recognition, SOX compliance, risk awareness.
- CRM/CPQ tools and billing systems experience; translate needs to solutions.
