📋 Description

• Lead data science teams delivering analytics, ML, and AI solutions.
• Partner with data science, product, engineering, clinical, finance, and actuarial teams.
• Build scalable analytical systems to drive performance and insights.
• Lead data pipelines and ML models across initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in quantitative fields (industry or academia).
• 7+ years with SQL, R, and/or Python to analyze data.
• 7+ years building data models and advanced analytics.
• 5+ years healthcare data experience (risk adjustment/actuarial preferred).
• 5+ years cross-functional stakeholder experience (business, product, engineering).
• 3+ years experience with LLMs, entity recognition/extraction.
• 3+ years people management experience.
