📋 Description

• Own DS strategy, execution, and impact across product, marketing, and forecasting.
• Set direction for product development, experimentation, lifecycle, growth, and decisions.
• Focus on high-value problems across Product, Marketing, Care, and B2B tied to outcomes.
• Establish standards in experimentation, causal inference, modeling, and forecasting.
• Lead product analytics across acquisition, engagement, retention, and care.
• Build and lead a high-performing team; develop leaders and leverage AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience managing senior ICs and managers, including principal-level scientists.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on instrumentation and measurement.
• Strong track record influencing roadmaps with evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and executive-facing partnership skills.
