🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, or ECE/EE
- 15–20 years across data eng, analytics, data science; 5+ years leading data platforms
- Delivery of production ML and GenAI use cases with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in AWS data stack (S3, Glue, EMR/Spark, Lambda, Kinesis, Redshift/Snowflake)
- Proficiency with modern tooling: Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Databricks, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Strong Python skills; code reviews, testing, observability
- Experience governance, privacy/security controls, and responsible AI
- Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt, and leadership
