- Provide strategic leadership for DM systems (EDC, ePRO/eCOA, RTSM, CTMS).
- Lead selection, implementation, and governance of DM tech for scalable data management.
- Champion data standards (CDISC, SDTM) and metadata-driven approaches.
- Partner with Biostatistics, Programming, and IT to ensure seamless data flow.
- Evaluate emerging technologies ( AI/ML, automation, decentralized tools) to boost data quality.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, CS, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in clinical data management within biotech/pharma/CRO.
- Experience in both operational DM and systems/technology implementation.
- Deep knowledge of EDC systems (Medidata Rave) and CDISC SDTM/CDASH; data lifecycle.
- Experience with data integrations, external data (labs, imaging, biomarkers), and decentralized trials technologies.
- Proven leadership of DM activities across multiple trials and programs.
