📋 Description

• Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead architecture for systems, data, AI, and technology infrastructure with reuse.
• Create and maintain architectural roadmaps for future technology states.
• Own and evolve data architecture, data warehouses, and data pipelines.
• Build and mentor a high-performing enterprise architecture team.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate ideas into production-grade internal apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT architecture or software Eng; 5+ in leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related; suitable education/experience combo accepted.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, data platforms, cloud-native tech, and distributed systems.
• Experience transforming tech landscapes with SaaS, custom, and enterprise apps with focus on reuse and cost efficiency.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data quality, governance, privacy, and analytics; including pipelines.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication to articulate complex concepts.
