- Strong credibility across data platform and analytics engineering; business impact.
- Deep dbt experience: structure, testing, documentation, CI/CD; scale.
- Production experience with Databricks or lakehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery) at consumer scale.
- Experience leading 15+ people across multiple teams; strong stakeholder mgmt.
- AI native mindset: using AI tools and guiding AI in data engineering.
