🎯 Requirements

- Proven leadership in complex, large-scale construction projects (data centers).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; oversee multiple projects in fast-paced env.
- Proficiency in PM software, MS Office, cloud-based commissioning platforms, and financial management tools.
- Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices; Ashburn, VA market.
