- Mentor external PMs and internal teams across multiple projects.

- Support permits and AHJ approvals; Columbus market experience desired.
- Develop and maintain schedules with design/construction teams to hit milestones.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 15+ years in construction project management; 5+ years in mission-critical/data center.
- Proven leadership of large-scale construction projects, with focus on data centers.
- Proficiency in PM software, MS Office, cloud-based commissioning, and financial tools.
- Deep knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices (Columbus).
- Authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
