📋 Description

• Lead the Revance Intelligence strategy across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Loyalty, and Product.
• Design and operate the AI flywheel to improve data, models, and actions.
• Translate growth and retention goals into a sequenced intelligence roadmap with impact.
• Establish a unified intelligence layer: data, semantics, insights, and automated actions.
• Deliver AI engines: lead scoring, next best action, cross-sell, churn, offers.
• Embed intelligence into workflows (Salesforce OCE, loyalty CRM) to drive actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data, analytics, and AI; 5+ yrs leading data/AI teams.
• Proven data flywheel/AI systems driving revenue growth in B2B/B2C.
• Translate data strategy into exec narratives; cross-functional alignment.
• Build and scale high-performing data teams (data engineering, data science, analytics).
• PhD with 5+ yrs, or Masters with 7 yrs, or Bachelor's with 9 yrs.
• Healthcare, life sciences, retail, or regulated industries a plus.
