- Proven track record building IAM, app security, vulnerability mgmt, data protection, and SecOps.
- Experience with regulated environments (FedRAMP, NIST, CJIS, HIPAA); public safety a plus.
- Exceptional communication; translate complex security into plans for engineers, product, and executives.
- Strong leadership; drive cross-functional initiatives and own roadmaps.
- Experience with AI governance and IP protection.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
