🎯 Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience leading digital experimentation, CRO, behavioral analytics, growth optimization, or related disciplines in complex digital environments.
- 5+ years leading and owning a growth program or product strategy in fast-moving or ambiguous environments with strong adaptability.
- Proven success building and scaling experimentation programs with measurable business impact across high-traffic digital properties and acquisition funnels.
- Deep hands-on expertise running statistically rigorous A/B and multivariate testing with knowledge of significance, confidence intervals, regression, and sample sizing.
- Strong analytical and quantitative background in statistics, economics, data science, or related fields.
- Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms (Amplitude, GA4, Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, Mixpanel) and with Figma for wireframes and test variants.
