📋 Description

  • Serve as primary security rep during customer reviews
  • Lead responses to security questionnaires and assessments
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to unblock enterprise deals
  • Engage with customer security teams and CISOs to explain security posture
  • Own Illumio’s customer-facing Trust Center and security collateral
  • Improve efficiency and scalability of questionnaire responses

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant security/trust experience
  • Experience with enterprise security discussions with customers
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, PCI-DSS, CAIQ
  • Strong ability to translate security concepts to customers
  • Collaborates with Sales, Product and Engineering to address trust gaps
  • Experience in multi-cloud/hybrid security environments (bonus)
