🎯 Requirements

- Experience in a revenue-focused department (Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing).
- Relevant industry experience within digital healthcare or SaaS is a plus.
- Operationally think across CX and influence process lifecycles with technical resources.
- Proven leader with experience across complex environments and multiple automation tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Tableau, Asana, or similar systems.
