📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end systems connectivity across the CX department.
  • Overlay processes into tools to capture who-does-what-when.
  • Collaborate with CX leadership to identify requirements and automate initiatives.
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to anticipate needs and scale solutions.
  • Engage bottom-up and top-down to drive growth and a white-glove CX.
  • Coordinate with CX, Marketing, Product, and Sales for alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience across business systems management, database management and/or automation.
  • Experience in a revenue-focused department (Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing).
  • Relevant industry experience within digital healthcare or SaaS is a plus.
  • Operationally think across CX and influence process lifecycles with technical resources.
  • Proven leader with experience across complex environments and multiple automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Tableau, Asana, or similar systems.
