  • Lead and develop a CS Manager team across enterprise/commercial in EMEA.
  • Build a regional culture rooted in accountability, empathy, and rigor.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in CS, Account Management, or related post-sales in SaaS.
  • 5+ years leadership experience managing CS teams.
  • Experience leading teams across enterprise and commercial segments.
  • Strong background in security, compliance, cybersecurity, or a closely related space.
  • Proven success driving retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion in recurring revenue.
  • Analytical and operational skills with data-driven decision making and high autonomy.
