  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers in NA to drive customer value.
  • Drive regular business reviews and tiered engagement with customers.
  • Establish early renewal risk indicators and mitigation plans across two quarters.
  • Coach CSMs as revenue stewards and enable expansion conversations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PS, Support, and Marketing to grow accounts.
  • Monitor core CS metrics (renewal, growth, health, sentiment) and act on trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer success or account management.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM software and the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Renewal forecast ownership > $13M and ARR growth > $2.5M.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement from customer feedback and product enhancements.
  • Experience generating reports, dashboards, and insights on CS metrics.
