📋 Description

  • Develop and lead LogicMonitor’s global Customer Marketing strategy and team.
  • Focus on retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy-driven growth.
  • Own Customer Advocacy and storytelling programs (case studies, references).
  • Lead Executive engagement initiatives (Customer Advisory Boards, roundtables).
  • Partner with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to define engagement.
  • Build and coach a high-performing Customer Marketing team; leverage AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, incl. 5+ years leading Customer/Advocacy.
  • Proven success driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion via advocacy.
  • Strong background leading executive engagement programs (advisory boards).
  • Experience turning customer success into business growth narratives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing marketing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing tech stacks, Salesforce, advocacy platforms, and AI tools.
