- 10+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, incl. 5+ years leading Customer/Advocacy.
- Proven success driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion via advocacy.
- Strong background leading executive engagement programs (advisory boards).
- Experience turning customer success into business growth narratives.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing marketing teams.
- Deep knowledge of marketing tech stacks, Salesforce, advocacy platforms, and AI tools.
