📋 Description

• Hire and mentor EPs and AEPs; coach performance.
• Own Aera COS implementation: quality control, methodology adherence, budgets.
• Design scalable solutions; lead large-scale change with customers.
• Participate in sales cycles: proposals, SOWs, timelines, plans.
• Retain/grow customer relationships in fast-paced env.
• Input policies to improve EP value to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading post-sales enterprise software implementations.
• Broad supply chain knowledge across core areas.
• Outstanding on-site, customer-facing skills and urgency.
• Technical background: cloud architectures, databases, ETL.
• Strong project management/delivery/governance; agile.
• Experience writing proposals and SOWs.
