🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in strategic leadership within clinical software/SaaS/PaaS.
- Proven operator with ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Exceptional communication to present to technical teams and execs.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CTMS domain expertise in GTM strategy and implementation.
- Clinical operations experience with sites, sponsors, and CROs.
- Regulatory knowledge: GCP, ICH guidelines.
- MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
