  • Strong CRM experience with Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic.
  • Data-driven: translate spreadsheets into client growth narratives.
  • Campaign planning, process optimization, and brief-to-execution workflows.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-have: ESPs/CDPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Iterable.
