🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years digital marketing; at least 3 in CRM, lifecycle, loyalty.
  • Strong CRM understanding with Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic.
  • Data-driven and able to turn spreadsheets into growth narratives.
  • Campaign planning, process optimization, and brief-to-execution workflow.
  • Comfortable managing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep familiarity with ESPs/CDPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
