Director, Credit and Collections

📋 Description

• Lead global credit and collections across Americas/EMEA/APAC; direct reports: 13.
• Set policy and controls; drive accurate invoicing and timely collections.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT to align requirements and improve invoicing.
• Define change programs; ensure minimal disruption during process/tech changes.
• Collaborate with IT to design/test ERP and Order-to-Cash changes.
• Own key metrics: cash forecasts, DSO, AR aging, bad debt reserves.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics
• 12+ years in Global Credit & Collections; 5+ years leadership
• Strong program and change management expertise
• Experience in large-scale process transformation and tech implementations (automation, AI)
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Salesforce.com CRM experience; SF Billing/CPQ preferred
• ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP preferred
• Data-driven, collaborative leader with strong risk/growth balance
