🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Economics
- 12+ years in Global Credit and Collections, 5+ years leadership
- Strong program and change management experience
- Large-scale process transformation and tech implementation experience
- Salesforce.com CRM experience (SF Billing and CPQ preferred)
- ERP systems knowledge; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication at executive level
- Data-driven with continuous improvement mindset
