Director, Credit and Collections

📋 Description

• Lead global credit and collections across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Shape credit policy, reserves, and cash collections strategy.
• Drive process and tech improvements for invoicing and collections.
• Build and guide a 20-person credit and collections team.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT to align contracts, billing and collections.
• Own internal controls for credit worthiness, cash application, and uncollectible reserves.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 12+ years in global credit and collections; 5+ in leadership.
• Experience transforming processes and implementing tech at scale.
• Salesforce.com CRM experience; SF Billing and CPQ preferred.
• ERP knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP preferred.
• Data-driven, continuous improvement mindset; proactive leader.
