🎯 Requirements

- 12+ years in global credit and collections; 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience leading large-scale process transformation and tech implementations (automation/AI).
- Salesforce CRM experience (SF Billing and CPQ preferred).
- ERP knowledge and Dynamics 365 integrations (preferred).
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
