🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in creative, production, and/or integrated studio or agency environments
  • 4+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams through clear structure and accountability
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end creative delivery
  • Deep understanding of production realities, timelines, budgets, and complexity
  • Strong creative judgment across multiple disciplines and channels
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with operational discipline
  • Clear communicator and trusted partner who can align stakeholders and drive decisions
