- 4+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience

- Proven track record owning end-to-end creative delivery
- Deep understanding of production realities, timelines, budgets, and complexity
- Strong creative judgment across multiple disciplines and channels
- Ability to balance creative ambition with operational discipline
- Clear communicator and trusted partner who can align stakeholders and drive decisions
